Parking validation is available through participating merchants and businesses located within The Imperial Plaza. Validation policies and eligibility may vary by merchant.
Payment Methods
The Imperial Plaza Parking Garage operates as a cashless parking facility designed to provide a faster, more secure, and contactless parking experience.
Accepted forms of payment include Tap-to-Pay (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay), as well as major debit and credit cards.
Payment Instructions
Visitors may complete payment by scanning the QR code located on their parking ticket at any Pay-On-Foot station throughout the garage.
To help improve traffic flow and reduce delays at exit gates, guests are encouraged to complete payment prior to returning to their vehicle.
Please retain your validated parking ticket for garage exit.
Pay-On-Foot Stations
There are three (3) Pay-On-Foot stations located throughout the parking facility.
Two stations are located on the first floor near the Cook Street and Kapiolani Boulevard pedestrian areas. An additional station is located on the second floor at the Galerie level.
